Vodafone has launched advertising on its Vodafone Live! portal, using the MADS Mobile Advertising Platform. Ericsson AB will act as systems integrator. Short term, the MADS platform will be used to serve WAP banner ads. For the future, Vodafone plans to offer advertising in other channels as well. Ad sales for the Vodafone Live! portal will be done by AdLINK Media Netherlands.
